24 years of experience in Teaching and Marketing.
Expert in preparing customized training modules, presentations
and imparting training.
Experienced in designing and implementing sales / marketing
strategies.
Expert in understanding and managing people.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Started Heramb Consultancies, in October 2017, which is into
training of various Soft Skills modules.
Trained individuals / firms from sectors like Real Estate,
Finance, Advertising, Sales, etc.
Training imparted in skills like Leadership, Team Management,
Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Public Speaking &
Presentation, etc.
Worked in the capacity of GM, Sales & Marketing with reputed
Real Estate companies in Pune from June 2007 till September
2017. I was handling all the marketing activities (coordination
with all the agencies, digital marketing, outdoor media, print
media, designing of collaterals, launching of new projects). All
the sales teams and customer care teams at various sites were
under my supervision.
I was also involved in Society Formation and Handing over
Process because of my expertise in managing people. In the
process I handed over 13 societies.
During this tenure I established an animation institute as a
diversification process.
Had my own coaching classes in Surat, Gujarat from March
1997 till March 2007.
Worked with Textile companies as Marketing Manager / Head
in Surat from June 1993 till January 1997.
